7 Disciplines, one day, one race, one team. It's gotta be an interesting day out. I think the logistics of getting us from one start line to the next is going to be just as much of a challenge! Starting in Gordon's Bay and finishing in Kleinmond, Thamar, Inky and Bronwen are going to team up to take it all on. The disciplines are: 1. Surfski - 12 km - Bronwen 2. Swim - 1.5km - Thamar 3. Road Bike - 50km - Inky 4. Road Run - 13km - Thamar 5. K1 Canoe - 13km - Bronwen 6. Mountain Bike - 25km - Inky 7.
