Jailbreak

Due to my entry into the Cape Epic, and my subsequent new training programme, I've decided not to take part in the JailBreak after all. Having done so many events recently, it's time I take things a bit easier when it comes to competing at the moment. All things going well, I'll be doing this one next year. The Jailbreak Max Triathlon takes place in Worcester at the Brandvlei Prison. The full Triathlon is 2.2Km/100Km/25Km. Being a complete novice at all of this though, I am attempting the half: 1.1Km/50Km/12.5Km. Where: Worcester When: 17 December Who: Inky Why: Have to start somewhere...
